Seth Williams is a Technical Recruiting Manager at Lucid Motors who brings a wealth of expertise in developing and implementing innovative talent strategies. Prior to Lucid Motors, Seth spent 18 years at Google, where he was the former Global Head of Recruiting Channels, leading teams across 15 locations worldwide and driving initiatives to attract top talent during Google’s early hyper growth phase. Additionally, Seth played a pivotal role developing early career rotational programs for software engineers, serving as a coach, mentor, and curriculum developer for six years.
Throughout his career, Seth has demonstrated a strategic vision for creating data-driven talent programs, encompassing workforce planning, candidate sourcing and recruiting, onboarding, and first-year development. His approach has consistently focused on leveraging data and creativity to enhance the effectiveness of talent teams.
Beyond his professional achievements, Seth is an active advisor for Internship on Demand and Starcircle, contributing his insights to help shape future talent pipelines.
When he’s not at work, Seth enjoys spending time with his two boys in San Jose, CA.
